Challenge

Magnetic charging feels magical.

But the infrastructure behind it still feels temporary, pucks, cables, adapters hanging from outlets.

In kitchens especially, cables disrupt clean surfaces and intentional design.

The question became simple: If wireless charging is seamless, why isn’t the hardware?

Insight

The most honest expression of magnetic charging is to remove everything between the coil and the wall.

No intermediary object. No dangling cord.

Let the architecture do the work.

Design Approach

Outlet-Integrated Charging. PowerBug integrates the charging coil directly into a wall-powered form. The phone floats, no cable in sight.

Minimal Architectural Presence is designed to sit flush and clean against the wall, it feels more like a built-in fixture than an accessory.

Charges other stuff too with an integrated USB-C port supports secondary charging without adding visual noise.

Outcome

PowerBug turns an outlet into a moment of elegance.

No cable clutter.
No countertop mess.
Just magnetic alignment and power where you need it.

Charging, embedded into architecture.

To be sold at Apple Store worldwide from September 2026 onward.
